Yasasin was produced with Kalecik Karasi grapes harvested at Vinkara’s vineyards in the Kalecik region and processed as a white wine (blanc de noirs)

but it currently has less of the prelate character that shines so terrifically in the 2015 Prelate GG (bottled after just one year on the full lees)

The nose is pleasant with notes of ripe red fruit; hints of spice and vanilla. Very pleasant balance between structure and volume. Fruit aromas blend elegantly with woody notes. Good ageing; it can be left to age longer to appreciate its qualities. Pair with mushroom toast; oven roasted duck or even for pork knuckle with lentils.
