Clay and limestone rich soils allow fruit to optimally ripen, while Adriatic breezes and mountain influence from the Alps keeps acidity high. Salici is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, showing a gorgeous golden hue in the glass. Flavors of yellow stone fruit, apple, and herbs dominate; savory, round, and deliciously fresh.
