I like the fact that this supplement includes a range of electrolytes which contribute to optimal hydration levels and allow for me to consume less water during my workouts whilst still being able to maintain decent levels of performance, this supplement works well on its own when taken at a dose of 35-52.5 grams pre or intra workout to provide a higher more effective amount of carbohydrates to provide me with a more noticeable improvement in energy levels, i also feel that this can be combined with a range of BCAA and EAA based supplements to support a greater improvement in energy and endurance levels to enhance the quality of a selection of various weight based workouts and cardiovascular sessions
